We have been Culligan customers for over 25 years. We had lived in Rapid City, SD for 23 years and owned three... different homes during that time period. We always called Culligan and had them provide us with the various services we needed. We have always had Culligan water conditioning services. We also purchased reverse osmosis units and had excellent water. Even our houseplants loved it. Our coffee makers never wore out. Last year we moved to Bemidji, MN. We bought a house that had rust in the toilets and the washing machine. The water also had an iron smell. We called the Culligan office in Bemidji and a representative came out the very next day. They installed a Culligan water conditioner and our problems ended immediately. As always, we are on a regular delivery schedule and have a regular delivery person. Everyone we've dealt with at Bemidji Culligan has been very professional and very nice and we are 100% satisfied with their service and product.read more

They were quick, responsive, and very helpful. We were in need of a water softener and they rent them along with... enrolling in a softener salt program. They are very affordable and reasonably priced! Love doing business with them.read more
